We collect only the essential information needed to provide you with secure, direct messaging with business departments:

Account information: your WhatsApp phone number and display name.
Messages and media: text messages, voice notes, images, videos and files you send, and replies you receive.
Device information: a device identifier, device model and platform, used to keep your account secure.
Notification token: to send you push notifications about replies and announcements.
Security logs: login and activity timestamps, used to protect accounts and prevent misuse.

How we use it

Only to run the messaging service, deliver replies and notifications, keep your account secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Data sale and sharing

Strict No-Sale Commitment
We do not sell your personal data — to anyone, for any purpose. We do not share your data for advertising or marketing. The app has no ads and no ad tracking.

Department privacy: Your messages are visible only to the business staff assigned to the department you contact.

Service providers: We use trusted service providers only to run the app — cloud hosting, database hosting, and Google Firebase for push notifications. They process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Legal compliance: We may disclose data only if required by law.

How long we keep it

We adhere to strict data minimization and automatic retention schedules:
